In accordance with section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, the City of Mandurah is proposing to close an approximate 29,480 square metre portion of unnamed unconstructed road for amalgamation into the adjoining Lots 6137 and 500 of Yalgorup National Park R11710 at the south, as delineated on the sketch below.
The City of Mandurah invites written submissions on this proposal to be mailed to:

Closing date for submissions is 4:30pm on Wednesday, 29th November 2023. (No late submissions will be accepted)
